Chas has been making my meals for about 3 months. In that time I have lost 8 pounds, I forget how much body fat, and have PR'd on almost every benchmark workout and lift I have attempted.
 
I was reluctant to try the meals. I had made food plan adjustments through the years working with Terra, Chas, Josh, and Ryan. I ate better than most, rarely ate out, minimal cheat meals, etc.so in my mind could not justify paying someone to cook for me... But, with the January challenge and upcoming Sectionals, I decided to give it a try. The first 10 days were the hardest. I was SOOOOOO hungry. I dreamt of food. All I could think about was my next meal. That is no longer the case. I still crave different things at times, like the dreaded cheese or pizza, but I feel so crappy after I eat that stuff that I now down to one cheat meal every 2 weeks.
 
Also, the ease of it has been a tremendous stress reducer in my life. Like most everyone, I am very busy. Between working full time, working out at 5 am, and spending time with family, the last thing I wanted to do at night was take time to plan, make, and pack food for the next day. Now, when I get my meals from Chas, I put each day in a bag in the fridge. Then each morning I grab one on my way out the door. I do not eat anything (except fish oil of course) that is not in the bag, so there is no thought or extra time involved!
 
The food tastes great and Chas provides enough variety that I don't get bored with the menu. Of course my favorite is the Paleo pancakes with almond butter! Mmmm :)

Chastity's meals are balanced, portion controlled and delicious.  The convenience is wonderful for a busy mom, but it has also taught me about portion sizes and the ratio of fats/proteins/carbs to keep hunger at bay.  You never feel hungry and you have the energy you need to get through your day and your workout.
