An IAHA is that sorta person most of us turn out to be at one time or another. We love our CrossFit. Its stress relief. Its community. We hate dishes.
"My Kitchen" is where I utilize my numerous years of Professional Figure Competition, and nutrition arsenal, and whip up Paleo approved meals for clients big and small, young, and all, rookie, or pro.
Let "My Kitchen" become yours whenever you need more meal ideas on what to eat. More discipline. Serving structure, or Just some help with things you can't get too because life is too busy.
What To Expect:
Variety/
Each order contains an allotment of different meals depending on meal numbers.
Price/
About as much as eating out, but with the benefit of PR's, abs, and shoulders to drool over.
Transportation/
Meals will be provided in re-usable tupperware, at the agreed upon time and place.
How Do I Order/
Email me Here, or place in person. I would like to put a function here to order, however on some occasions I have too many orders and would not be able to fulfill.
What Can I Expect/
Knowledge on how to feed the machine. just like trainers need trainers, we all need someone holding us accountable to our eating. I have a food coach, and so should you. Some of us can just get body-fat measured every other week, and be cool. Others like drawn out meal plans. And some of us require in hand examples just like "My Kitchen" provides.
